By creating an account or using Ordo at ordo-eu.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms form a binding contract between you and KriPa Web, obrt za računalno programiranje, vl. Kristijan Pavlic Tumpa (owner: Kristijan Pavlic Tumpa; Vankina ulica 8, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia; OIB: 27744574396; MBO: 99336766), trading as Ordo.
These terms were last updated on 15 October 2026. Ordo is offered to businesses only - see Section 6. We keep a record of the version you accepted when you created your account.
Ordo is a web-based invoicing application designed for EU freelancers, small businesses, and solopreneurs. The service provides:
Where you enable it, Ordo transmits invoice data on your behalf to FINA as a certified information intermediary and to Porezna uprava, so that your invoices are fiscalized and reported as Croatian law requires. This is the one part of the service that files something in your name, so it is worth being precise about what it is and is not.
Where a member state requires domestic invoices to go through a platform Ordo does not yet integrate, Ordo will refuse to issue that invoice rather than produce one that does not satisfy the mandate. Cross-border invoicing is unaffected. You can see the current position for every member state on our coverage page.
Ordo is provided “as is” for business use. We make no guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your specific legal circumstances. Ordo is not a substitute for qualified legal or tax advice.
To use Ordo you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including by team members you invite. We strongly recommend turning on two-factor authentication (Settings → Account), particularly if you store a fiscalization or signing certificate in Ordo. Notify us immediately at support@ordo-eu.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Ordo offers a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card is required to start a trial.
Ordo has one plan, priced per seat:
| Billing interval | Price per seat |
|---|---|
| Monthly | 19€ per month |
| Annual | 199€ per year |
All prices are in EUR. KriPa Web is not registered for VAT: it applies the small-business exemption under Article 90(1) of the Croatian VAT Act (Zakon o PDV-u) and does not charge Croatian VAT on its subscriptions. The price shown is the final price you pay; no VAT is added. If you are a business customer established in another EU member state, the place of supply of these electronically supplied services is your own country under Article 44 of Directive 2006/112/EC, and you may be required to self-account for VAT there under the reverse-charge mechanism at your local rate.
A seat is the account owner or a person invited to the account's workspace. An invitation takes a seat from the moment it is sent, whether or not it has been accepted. There is no limit on the number of seats.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Ordo to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel, including the prorated charges for seats you add.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you will not be charged for the next period, and access continues until the period ends. No refunds are given for partial months, except where required by law or stated in Section 12.
We will give at least 30 days' notice before increasing subscription prices, via email to your registered address. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Ordo is a tool for businesses: freelancers, sole traders and companies acting in the course of their trade. It is not offered to consumers, and by creating an account you confirm that you are acting for business purposes. The EU right of withdrawal for consumers (Directive 2011/83/EU) therefore does not apply to Ordo subscriptions.
If mandatory consumer law applies to you regardless, nothing in these terms limits the rights it gives you.
You agree not to use Ordo to:
To keep email from Ordo trustworthy for everyone, we apply daily sending limits to every workspace. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice where necessary to protect the service, other users or the recipients of their email.
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Ordo service are owned by Ordo or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose during your subscription.
You retain full ownership of all data you input into Ordo - client records, invoice data, business information. We do not claim any rights over your business data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
Payment reminder drafts generated by the AI feature are provided as suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before sending it to your clients.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under EU or Croatian law.
Either party may terminate the contract at any time. Upon termination:
We may terminate or suspend access immediately and without notice for material breach of these terms, fraud, or where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable EU law. For disputes:
We may modify these terms. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email before they take effect. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect and receive a pro-rata refund. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. We keep a record of which version of these terms each account accepted.
