Question 1

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Create your account at app.ordo-eu.com/signup and you're in - every account starts with a 14-day full-access free trial, no credit card required. Already have an account? Head straight to your dashboard at app.ordo-eu.com.

Question 2

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Ordo has one plan, billed per seat: 19€ per seat per month, or 199€ per seat per year. A seat is you or anyone you invite. Every account starts with a 14-day full-access free trial - no credit card required. All prices are in EUR.

Question 3

How does per-seat billing work?

Accepted Answer

You pay for every seat on your team. Add someone during a billing period and the new seat is charged straight away, only for the time left in that period. Remove someone and the current period is not refunded, but the seat is not billed again. Each renewal is billed for the seats you have on that day, and removing one person and inviting another in the same period costs nothing extra.

Question 4

I'm not VAT-registered. Is Ordo still for me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ordo handles the national small-business exemption automatically - your invoices are issued at 0% VAT with the correct legal note. When you enter the VAT system, you record the date in your settings: every invoice from that day on is issued with VAT, and the ones before it keep the exemption.

Question 5

Which countries does Ordo support?

Accepted Answer

All 27 EU member states, with real-time VIES validation for B2B clients, OSS for digital services and goods sold to consumers in other member states, and correct treatment for exports outside the EU. In Croatia Ordo also covers the full Fiscalization 2.0 chain: eRačun through FINA with KPD classification, incoming eRačun, payment reporting and fiscalized receipts to consumers.

Question 6

Does Ordo support reduced VAT rates?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Ordo knows the standard, reduced and zero rates each member state operates, and you can pick the right one line by line on the same invoice. Which rate a particular product attracts is your call, or your accountant's - Ordo offers the legal options and records the choice rather than guessing.

Question 7

I run a business in Croatia outside the VAT system. When do I need eRačun?

Accepted Answer

You already have to be able to receive eRačun, and from 1 January 2027 you must also issue them to other businesses - paušalni obrt included. Businesses in the VAT system have issued them since 1 January 2026. Invoices to private customers stay under the existing fiscalization rules, and Ordo handles both.

Question 8

What happens when my free trial ends?

Accepted Answer

After 14 days you subscribe and continue where you left off, paying for the seats on your team. No credit card is needed during the trial, so nothing is charged automatically. Your data stays safe either way.

Question 9

How is my data handled?

Accepted Answer

Ordo is built EU-first: your data is stored in the EU, used only to provide the service, and never sold. It reaches only the service providers named in our Privacy Policy. Analytics run only if you opt in. See our Privacy Policy and GDPR Rights pages for full details.
